1. Cancellations and No-Show

Please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or change it for a group, or within 24 hours for individual appointments. Failure to do so may result in the loss of any deposit made. Forfeiture of deposits also applies if you don't show up without notifying us and we can't reach you. Deposits are required for groups of 3 or more.

2. Lateness

We may cancel appointments for guests who arrive 10 minutes late. If you're running late, we'll try to fit you in but we may need to reschedule if we can't finish the services in time. If reschedule due to time constraints, your deposits can be used for your next visit.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

All services are final and non-refundable. If you're dissatisfied, please contact us within 5 days of your service for a visual inspection by management. We will address concerns by rescheduling with the same technician at no extra cost. Issues such as lifting, chipping, cracking, or breakage will be repaired within 7 days. Please choose your colors and designs carefully-changes cannot be made after selection.

4. Right to Refuse Service

For your safety and ours, please inform our technicians if you have any health conditions or diabetes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with open wounds, contagious conditions, infestations, or who exhibits rude behavior. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Gift Certificates

Caliwill Nail Spa and Lashes gift certificates are non-refund- able and may only be used for services at our salon. They cannot be exchanged for cash or other certificates.

6. Complaints

7. For Your Protection:

Please keep all personal belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. Child Safety:

For insurance and safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times and sit with their parent or guardian during visits. You are responsible for any damage caused by your children.
